I made comparison with few other supplier and found out ST Glass gave me a reasonable pricing. ST Glass was willing to negotiate the price. Quality is good and meets my expectation and requirements l. The only thing that quiet disappointing is that ST Glass will take hours or a day to respond. They need to buck and have a effective and professional customer service.

Lucky I found this company when I was searching for a metal bi-folder glass door. The WhatsApp chatting with their personal was very professional & they deliver & install on time. The installation was only about 30 minutes & the technicians were very courteous & their work was very neat & clean. Will use their service again when I need them & will also recommend to others. Very professional and understand what customer wants. even there was a hiccup, the company was willing to change the whole thing without question asked. I was dealing with Joey and she was very helpful and prompt. From making decision on what kind of window panel to then giving further discount on top of a discounted package. Due to urgent request i wanted the windows to be installed within 2 weeks despite given the 1 month time and Joey rushed and made it happen.

Special mention to Ah Soe & Janiece who installed it. Very fast and clean job. Aside from the installation i request for help to drill 2 holes for another fixture in the house and they helped without hesitation. Very much appreciated.

Thank you very much guys. Great job from ST team. Definately will do more future dealings with them.

-once place half deposit after 2month only come and install the window.
-1st installation appointment CANCEL ON THE SAME DAY 30MIN ON THE APPOINTMENT TIME.
-2nd APPOINTMENT AFTER 1week ALSO CANCEL LAST MINUTE ON THE SAME DAY.
-TRIED TO CALL THEM FROM MORNING TO EVENING FOR FEWS DAY UNANSWERED
-3rd appointment come and install, workmanship is terrible leave 2inch+ gap between windows railing and base and i have to ask other contractors to fill up the gap, the installer said is not their job to fill it up, few scratches on the window panel.i did complaint to the company but dint get back to me for 2week, tried to follow up with them call left unanswered again for few days end up deducting from the final payment.

Judge urself if u want to engage this company for work, gave me alot additional work and stress dealing with them
